Authorized the first student government website in an SFUSD middle school to improve transparency and student-to-student updates.
Established a plan for student government leaders to make PA announcements in future school years.
Relaunched Agenda 24/25, the student-success advocacy initiative and formal agenda of the school president.
Launched Opportunity for All through The Chen Foundation to expand student access, participation, and support.
Led the creation of a student carnival during Justin's Vice President year to make school more fun and memorable.
Expanded on-campus fundraising events to support the Student Government budget.
Started planning an upgraded carnival experience that would build on the success of the previous year.

Advocated for more MLK spirit and asked the advisory department for feedback on assemblies and campus events.
Volunteered with the athletics department to support student activities and school community.

Hi! I'm Jayden Chen, a proud 7th grader at MLK Middle School. I'm running to make school safer, more fun, more inclusive, and more responsive to student ideas.
My brother Justin—MLK Class of 2025—served as Vice President and President, developed more than 30 reforms, and addressed over 400 students. His belief that students can improve their school is my belief too.
